Xanthi the Cat

Xanthi is one of the coolest, friendliest, squishiest cats you'll ever meet. I had the pleasure of photographing him in his home back in February.

I first met Xanthi while working with his owner, Sinéad, at the RSPCA. Sinead had brought him in for a consultation with one of the vets and I couldn't believe how relaxed he was. She held him in her arms while he enjoyed belly rubs from whoever was nearby. I think it's fair to say he's just a bit more relaxed than my cats when they go to the vet!

Xanthi was fighting an eye infection on the day of his session, but I don't think it makes him any less handsome! See for yourself...
